Warrior VS Pally

I would also like to know any good guilds that may have a pally as a MT.

This is a deeper problem than class balance.
I haev a feeling that we are going to have conflicts when it comes time to get KZ gear. Hes considering himself the main tank where as I also do.
Furthermore, it's generally a bad idea to have two prot specs in one Karazhan raid. A specced, non-druid OT will be significantly less useful in the ~85% of the instance that doesn't require a second tank.

I don't know Paladin Prot that well, only experienced it a few times in 5 man instances, never in raid instances.
In your ""opinion'''experience and watching in game play...which class is a better tank.
So if you're looking for comments on this, then I can't help you, sorry.
But several Blizzard developers has said that the warrior class has always been intended for main tanking and although I might be a bit biased, I generally find this to be true, even compared to the mighty pre-nerf Druid tank, due to shield block and several outs on tight situations.
Also rememeber to take such things as attendance, skill and consumeables into account. While I do prefer a warrior as a main tank, I'd take a druid/paladin over a warrior any day if the warrior got low attendance/skills/consumeables. Main tanking isn't just showing up (even though that part is important too), it's preparing and most of all being a good player overall.
A raid can make up for shitty damage classes and poor healers, but not a crappy main tank.

Of course I'm biased... However I'm also realistic.
Paladins can MT just fine in 5 mans, I would even say they are better in places like BM, where AOE tanking is needed.
Kara can be done just fine if they can get their avoidance high enough.
After/Mid Kara, things start looking rather grim for paladins.
As others have mentioned, the absence of shield block, Shield Wall, Last Stand and other utilities really start hinder the ability of the paladin to effectively tank higher end mobs. Of course this could change, Blizzard has recently admitted that Paladin tanking isn't where they would like it too be. How they magically plan on fixing that is anyones guess.
The only reason I'm still protect is for the simple fact that our guild warriors have a wonderful habit of showing up for raids but then become MIA for anything else... That right there is the number one reason blizzard needs to balance tanking...
