Rule 1: Don't start a new line every time you start a new sentence.
Rule 6: You posted a purposefully useless table, as an example of useless information that shouldn't be posted. So this is kind of inevitable.
You can't have a conclusive answer to whether you'd gain more from this stat or that.
It would be very situational and any such answer would have to come from either a simulator or a statistical analyse of the game itself.
You need to understand that calculating benefit for tanking is based on so many variable factors to consider, even within the same fight (like, were you running more time back turned to the boss), and not to mention your personal playstyle.
You’re looking for those Magic Numbers like you have in the DPS threads but this is different. DPS only has one thing to measure and that’s DPS- damage received from you.
While you can probably do an extensive statistical analyse for a specific boss to the point where you can tell exactly what configuration of stats would be best, it would become completely inaccurate once you switch your healers.
This is exactly what I mean by myriad of contributing factors.
I’m not saying you can’t have a crude estimate of how the stats weigh, just don’t expect to see the...
Stat |Awesome Tank
Stamina |0.762
…charts around here.
What you can do is to look at your current stats and see what seems like your soft spot right now. For example if you don’t feel comfortable with the amount of your HP gem for stamina. If your Mastery is very high but your dodge is a bit behind restore some of your "Dodge to Mastery" items. You should get this feeling from just tanking for some time and see how you're the most comfortable with your stats.
