Your post is just repeating what I already said in this post:

If all three conditions do not hold true, then the value of mastery is only the average which it produces during the time the target is healed to full. Which, on average, will be half the supposed value of your mastery, as demonstrated.

Thank you for the post. You appear to have concluded that the increase in HPS from mastery is equal to approximately half of the mastery value.

If this is true, it would seem that mastery point for point, is superior to haste for pure throughput. I am assuming that 1% haste is equal to 1% increased HPS, please correct me if this assumption is wrong.

128 haste rating for 1% haste = ~1% increased throughput
179 mastery rating for 3% mastery = ~1.5% increased throughput

1%/128 = 0.00781% HPS per point
1.5%/179 = 0.00838% HPS per point

According to the HPS values of THIS spreadsheet posted earlier in this thread, by pakete.

Then, mastery would be approximately the same throughput point for point to Intellect.

This seems counterintuitive, but I cannot find the flaw in my math (albeit basic) or in my logic.
