(No, I don't have any to contribute, but I'd like to have one condensed place to look for them, and I'm sure others would as well).

edit- I didn't see this in the patch notes, but I may have overlooked it.

Lurker changes we noticed:
1.) He comes up early, maybe 10-20 seconds earlier.
2.) Adds in the middle are no longer MCable.
3.) The damage from Geyser can hit anyone in the raid including people on platforms, but the knocback ALWAYS hits his primary target (tank) causing your tank to be knocked back 50% of the time or so, making threat generation very difficult.
4.) Can't confirm this, but spout seems to be going faster.
5.) The adds no longer despawn, but in cases where they would respawn they move to their original spawn location.
We've been mostly one shotting lurker for a while and he is significantly harder for us, enough that we moved on for the evening after three tries. Our dps was way off on the adds in the middle, we were getting one dead by the time he came back. Contrast this to how it was before, where everything would be dead with 10 seconds to spare.
Also just to note, Pattern: Belt of the Long Road dropped off trash around Leotheras.

Almost all of my gear is showing up as empty slots and kicking me off the server when I try to link it.

Guess I should double check stupid changes, weird I can't delete the attached image
Addons aren't a crutch, they're tools to be abused by skilled players to increase performance. Like a carpenter using a hammer, a fisherman using a lure, or Xi using curse words.

edit: ah - under the priest notes "* Shadow Word: Death: Cooldown increased to 12 sec and will now properly damage the casting Priest when it is reflected."

Shadow Word: Death is dealing damage twice if it's reflected. I tested before (final boss of SV etc) and don't remember it doing it this before.
I think that was intentional, I could have sworn reading something about SWD damage being fixed on reflected spells, lemme see it I can find it
edit: beaten, but quote anyway
* Shadow Word: Death: Cooldown increased to 12 sec and will now properly damage the casting Priest when it is reflected.
You can't call a planet Bob!
You were missing the () at the end of Feral Charge (Bear), this is necessary otherwise WoW thinks you're trying to cast Feral Charge Rank Bear.

1.) Human phase is 15 seconds shorter. He still can whirlwind twice though which means he very often does demon transition while whirlwinding.
2.) The cooldown for insidious whispers does not seem to have been adjusted to account for the human phase being shorter. The result is he will cast 15 seconds later than he would have, which means at the outside edge he can cast it late enough that you have inner demonds up 15 seconds into the human phase. This can be VERY problematic.
3.) You cannot LOS Insidious Whispers at all.

Lurker's geyser ability will randomly hit a random person for frost damage (like normal), but the knockback effect will ALWAYS hit the primary aggro target.

His spout did feel like it was moving alot faster, but that could be an "Onyxia Deep Breaths More" feeling. He was coming up about 5 seconds earlier for us, also the pets no longer bug out and despawn or don't attack, you get all the pets every submerge and they all attack.
No clue if lurker was targetting the highest aggro when he emerges, I always taunt him as soon as he comes up just in case anyways from a spot where whirl wont knock me off.
Hydross's HPs seemed the same (3.6 mil) but the pets went down twice as fast for us, we fried him at like the 8 minute mark effortlessly.
Rager hps are only 30k instead of 100k, aoe em down now. Acid Geyser seems to hit for twice as much damage now though?
Coilfang Priestesses are now sheepable.
