Infraction: 1. All posters are to make an effort to communicate clearly.
Message to User:
You know what answers questions? Downloading Simulationcraft and doing some testing. Why not do that in the next three days, then post your results once the ban for being a dipshit wears off?
You have received an infraction at Elitist Jerks.
Reason: 7. Do not beg for hand-holding.
If only there were some kind of spreadsheet or program or something you could consult to answer these questions.
This infraction is worth 1 point(s) and may result in restricted access until it expires. Serious infractions will never expire.
Given that at least the Life Tap and Haunt glyphs may not be immediately available, what will interim glyphs for these builds look like to maximize dps? Just looking at the builds from the original post,
0/40/31: conflag, immo, (incin or imp)?
0/41/30: felguard, incin, immo?
0/56/15, 3/52/16: felguard, immolate, corruption?
3/13/55: conflag, immolate, incin?
53/0/18: agony, corruption, shadow bolt? Not great choices here if you are using the succubus.
All the best,
Well, it is your board, and you are certainly welcome to run it as you see fit. However, these are not simple questions that plugging something into a spreadsheet will answer easily (and no, there are no reliable 3.1 spreadsheets for these several warlock specs, yet). And this hardly falls under the category of "will you run my spec through simulationcraft and see what the output is k thx".
There are many variations of these specs that may need to be considered in the absence of the life tap glyph--do you use the 4 piece at all? Does affliction forgo the succubus, while moving talent points around and glyphing the imp in the meantime? Etc. Again, you can run your board as you see fit, but asking for a discussion on these questions is neither "begging", nor asking for hands to be held, and it is disingenuous for you to imply otherwise.
There are legitimate questions that people would like to know the answer to, and shutting down discussions by issuing "infractions" is hardly going to answer them.
