It was linked by Hamlet/Arawethion originally.
As for operating it, it's pretty straightforward, I think. You define raid templates by name ("Standard," "Viscidus," "Razorgore," etc.) and fill in the various classes accordingly. Highlight a class and click the spots in the raid you want that class to occupy. That's about it. When you're in a raid, hit "Apply" to reconfigure your raid group as a best approximation of the currently selected template.
When you are in a raid, click "Priority" and another button on that screen to automatically parse the names of all members of your raid by class. Then you can sort through class-by-class priority lists and move people up and down accordingly. People at the top will get placed in the first groups by default. So if you always have your MT and specific healers in group 1 or whatever, you can move those names to the top of the priority list.
In my experience, after defining a new template, you need to /console reloadui or relog before it'll let you apply that template.
It's not too fancy, but it's definitely saved me time already. I definitely recommend checking it out.
