And I will give you the standard answer of "don't answer terrible posts, report them." Don't put every sentence on a new line. Don't sign your posts.
I got a simple question, that I can't see answered anywhere:
What are the criteria that would make one switch from SV to MM? I read that, at higher gear level, MM tends to deliver superior DPS, as ArP scales better. As a survival hunter who has been focusing on getting the highest agi possible, I wonder when is the right time to switch.
Is that when a certain ArP is reached? Is that when you have reached an agi cap? Is there a deciding threshold on a visible stat (more precise than "higher gear level") that clearly tells us: now is time to switch to MM?
I will give you the standard answer of, check the spreadsheets to see what your deeps "should be" in MM vs SV. That will begin to give you an idea.
For myself, I found it about equal back in Uld/TOC days at about 500 Passive (gear only) ArP, that was with no ArP proc trinket. If you have one, factor that into your equation.
Remember that there is a difference between actual and theoretical. I know ppl that play SV great, they can get away with it longer.
To give you an answer as to what is the criteria to make the switch: DPS numbers, that's it. Run the spreadsheet, get a lot of gems and go to the target dummy, etc etc
I hope that helps
