Some say that Mastery will become our worst secondary stat, however I'm not really convinced by that yet.

Using the latest SimC and comparing this profile, which is wearing what's considered BIS T11, here are the results:

Profile|DPS|Str |Agi |AP |Exp |Hit |Crit |Haste |Mastery |Wdps
Druid_Feral_T11_372|25016 |2.3914 |3.1334 |1.1267 |1.0188 |1.0367 |1.0310 |1.0690 |1.2306 |4.8431
Druid_Feral_T11_372_PTR|27191 |1.3601 |3.6147 |1.3176 |1.1586 |1.1221 |1.1108 |1.2195 |1.2785 |5.6167

Agility continues to dominate as the prominent stat then it's Mastery > Haste > Exp = Hit = Crit. Also we see a decent increase in DPS. Both hit and expertise were calculated by adding more to the profile, since it's not currently hit or expertise capped.

The increase in stats and the new set bonuses may change these values, possibly increasing hit and expertise's value to capitalize on the extended berserk time, but someone would have to create a profile first to test that. SimC does have support for the new set bonuses, but you have to be simulating as the PTR to activate them.

Leg offpiece from the above stat weights seems to be the go.
You want shoulder tier, everything else offpiece is better.

Head offset = 19.98dps gain,
shoulder offset = 50.99dps loss
chest offset = 49.89 dps gain,
glove offset = 44.35 dps gain,
leg offset = 65.84 dps gain

I would recommend getting chest first, hope for leg/glove drops from BH, then bid on shoulders first, head second with DKP.
Overall though, 4set is clearly worth at least the 100 dps loss from the 2 additional pieces, and with the tiny dps spread between offpieces it doesnt really matter which one you pick.

Haste should appreciate in value this tier so this info may be inaccurate. I'll find out stat weights soon enough. Spreadsheet with gear available soon.

Edit: mew's stat value page doesn't work for 4.2 ptr build apparently :(

How is Mew handling the 4 piece? There are a few issues surrounding it now the glyph is 10 seconds taking it to 25 seconds base. Before we'd be timing TF going into Berserk. With it being 25 seconds base and 3 extensions being easy during that time, you're looking at 31 second duration already. So now TF is off CD but cannot be used due to Berserk, and you've got Rake out as well. Are we seeing the calcuations of cancelling it at 30 to TF rake off the bat? At this point you'll be running on fumes and just dropping a Shred every 2 secs, I'm not so sure it's going to be worth extending it beyond the TF cooldown, at least from the napkin math I've done.

I've also played around with not using Glyph of Berserk but with the buff everything points to a DPS gain as you can't extend Berserk far enough with the 4 piece at 15 seconds to make up for the buff the glyph got.

Edit: for numbers I'm seeing about a 270 dps gain on current stat values for cancelling Berserk as TF comes off CD which will only grow with higher value shreds in T12 gear, so I guess that does outstrip the non-set pieces.

What I've not been able to work out is cancelling versus delaying TF.

You can use maim to extend berserk (possibly a good idea while you are still high on energy), since FB always consumes extra energy now :(

Shred-extend bug seems to be fixed up, as well as the 0cp savage roar glitch.

Are those SimC values with the buff to Savage Roar as well? With the increase to our direct damage and buff to our white hits, seems like haste, hit and exp would go up and value and decrease crit and mastery at least some.

Is it just me or do the T12 legs seem underbudget? Comparing to the offset legs from beth'tilac.

284 mastery vs 277, and 212 haste instead of 199 hit. as well as a red socket instead of a yellow, granting another 20 haste.

same goes for the heroic version: 320 mastery vs 316, and 244 haste instead of 226 hit.

The rogue T12 legs seem to have about the same amount of stats as the beth'tilac legs.

Using these values have you noticed any dps difference between going Mastery>Haste>Crit, without worrying about hit/exp
and going Hit/expertise cap then focusing on haste?

N.B.
Also just a thought, probably completely wrong but considering how much our weapon damage contributes to our damage, an upgrade in weapon will allow for a noticeable increase to our sources of Direct damage, We will end up getting two jumps in DPS, getting the fireland weapon then the HC version, then every other upgrade increases our damage just a little bit. Wouldn't reducing weapon damage contribution and buffing other parts of our moves work better, Very few melee classes have such high weapon damage % on moves, and have no difficulty in scaling. It just struck my mind that we seem to have this problem alot, the % weapon damage increases, we are ok for a bit then fall behind again.

The results include the buff to Savage Roar. Hit, Haste, and Expertise all did increase, as did Crit, as expected, since Crit affects melee swings. Mastery is still worth the most for this particular profile, but that could change once you're wearing T12 as losing T11 2pc will decrease the value of Mastery. You can create a profile and use the sim to do further testing to see how the stat weights shift with our changes in gear, if they do at all.
