The hunter pet Sporebat's ability Spore Cloud - Spell - World of Warcraft used to have a 9 second duration and a 12 second cooldown. It's now been changed to a 10 second duration with an 8 second cooldown, so it will be up 100% of the time on the affected target(s).

The forge in Ramkahen (next to the King's building) is now usable. Previously, any attempt at smelting would say "Forge required."

H:Maloriak - Vile Swills appear to no longer gain the stacking damage & damage reduction buff from nearby Aberrations. This opens up some interesting options for managing the add spawns.

In heroic deadmines, the fires spawn sooner at the beginning of the Vanessa encounter, so that jumping off the edge and running in slow motion to the corner before the boss spawns is more difficult.

The achievement Bounce (Bounce - Achievement - World of Warcraft) can now be completed successfully even after completing all the quests in Hyjal.

Arenas now use the "party" interface instead of the "raid" interface. (For example, this changes what default group unit frames are displayed.)

Glow effects (weapon enchants, sporebats' tails, etc) no longer appear on Camouflaged hunters.

You are now auto-dismounted when entering the Hall of Legends (PvP Vendor building) - thank god. You also can't hang out underneath Org anymore as they've fixed the bottomless chairs in the same building. :(

Can't climb atop crocodile statue in Tol'Vir (invisible wall there now). Previously they had only fixed the bug with standing in water, but it looks like they cottoned on to the statue perching.

Not 4.0.6 specific but Valiona and Theralion Heroic got hotfixed, the Twilight Realm has alot less Unstable Rifts (floating orbs) making movement inside alot less dangerous.

I just noticed a subtle one...the Gracau's Fruitcakes now regen %6 mana+hp per tic, over %5 originally.

As you're a warlock, this is probably just related to Demon Armor.

Nefarian and his adds are now too stupid to catch anyone attempting to kite them. Given enough patience, it's possible for just about anyone to solo P3 if they have sufficient self-healing to cover the electric shocks every 10%.

They stutter-step before they reach your hitbox, meaning they always stop short before they can melee you. As a result you can hold S and they will never hit you. Furthermore, Nefarian will stop to cast his Shadowflame Breath and then abort it because you are too far away. It could be that melee ranges are just shorter, but it's actually made the skeletons less responsive to starting movement and more likely to clip the fire.
