[Fixed][BUG] Missing ICC pre-combat roleplay timers

On Gunship, Saurfang and LK, the combat start/roleplay timers were missing..
Combat timers, once combat started, was fine.
Using last version available on curse..
Last week's raid was cancelled, but it did work 2 weeks ago.
Oh, while we're at it: Saurfang (horde side) roleplay is 1,5-2 seconds too long, i.e. there is time left on bar, when combat actually starts. Been seeing this, the last few months..

However, Lootship is completely broken now.. No timers or anything.... Not just pre-combat timer, but entire combat isn't tracked..

either way it'll probably be a few weeks before i can debug it. i'm doing like 16 hour days working on 5.4 content and have no time for iCC.

Well.. You changed it in r61 ;-)
that wasn't changed, at all though. not in years, literally..
I'll see how r65 turn out next week..
