Does anyone have any more information on the Nobles deck? I am interested in picking it up and the DPS difference in cold numbers might help others in decision of how much they really want it. Additionally, it is not in the spreadsheet at this time. It is my assumption that it would beat out mirror of truth/five flights.

Wowhead seems to have accurate numbers based on the agility version.

@ 80

STR 177
AGI 110
STA 161
INT 33
SPI 62
ARMOR 220

AP 631 (AttT gives another 3 even naked, so it displayed 634)

AttT giving AP without armor would suggest it IS affected by debuffs, such a berserking

Damn I should ask what armor is also and if you had AttT on. Updating in questions. Also be sure to not be in zerk stance.

I also would love to know your HP naked.

Hi, would it by any means be possible to unlock the cell which defines the armor of the target in the spreadsheet ?
The wotlk boss armor seems as far as determination goes to be 13083, if i didn't overread anything.

What item are you missing? Its fairly easy to insert an item you just put it there in the list!

My bad, I figured it out (I'm used to the 10 year old version of excel, not the new one).
As for the missing item so you can slot it into future versions Heroes' Dreadnought Helmet is missing in the latest version.

Tauren base stats:
Str 179
Agi 108
Stam 161
Int 31
Spirit 61
Armor 216

Sorry, I thought as it is in a thread located in this forum it would be unnecessary to post a link to the thread.
I don't know how that idea got into me.
well, here is the link to the Wotlk boss armor determination thread : http://elitistjerks...._armor_testing/

On the rage generation question, there's no difference in the formula between 2h and 1h. Formula is (7.5d/c + fs)/2 or 15d/4c + fs/2 if you want to factor out the normalized rage portion. d is damage, c is the constant based on level, f is the hit factor, s is the weapon's base speed. f is 3.5 for MH hits, 7 for MH crits, 1.75 for OH hits, and 3.5 for OH crits. The post below is the original source, but the hit factors were improved slightly from those values within a patch or 2, can't remember which. But basically, all it considers is hit/crit and wep speed, not 2h/1h.

On a different note, does anyone know off the top of their head if armor gained from things like devo aura and stoneskin totem give you AP from att?

Yes, Devotion Aura grants you attack power via AttT.

I think the information for these stats would be more useful if, during a respec, you were to strip down and jot all stats down.

Be in Battle Stance when it's done as well. This will provide a standardized base for all races. I can talk to others in my guild/server to see if I can get all this info for the horde races.

I realized after looking at the gnome's stats that were posted that things like zerk stance, vitality & a plethora of other stats modification factors are in effect unless the character is taken down to CORE ability.

Also, doing this will allow the calculations for talents to be individually analyzed and calculated via the spreadsheet.
Maybe even a before and after (naked & all talents reset, then naked & all talents allocated).

Sound good, Landsoul?

In some of the other forums (the casters i've read) they have an "optimum DPS set" of gear currently available. Is it possible for fury warriors to make such a set? Hence, not a "what loot do I need" but the best endgame piece for every slot, or best combination to fulfill the caps and stack the stats?

Or would such a thing defy both forum regulatives and the need for a spreadsheet?

A note about racial expertise: it seems that you want either a 1 or a 0 as the value in this table, but there's no way of knowing that (especially considering it's next to spec activator, which is a 0-5 input value.

You may want to either limit the possible input to 0 or 1, or put some descriptive text here :)

Maybe a 0-3-5 selection because Humans only get 3 Exp for Swords/Maces?

How exactly does the sheet determine the DPS from activated trinkets, are you simply averaging out the gains over time? If that's the case, wouldn't it be quite different from simply using a trinket when it's up compared to always using it with Death Wish or is it the same?

Why would my SEP calc at the top be showing an ExP value of 1.0908, but in the 'last calc run', of 8.9422 (obviously i've pressed refresh with the same/similar sets of gear :P)

The sheet does average over time for both trinkets and Death Wish, and yeah that causes it to underrate DW/2m trinket buff stacking. If you wanted to model it somewhat more accurately on your own, you could multiply the on-use effect of a trinket you stack with DW 100% of the time by ~1.143, which would approximate always having it up during death wish rather than the average of only ~25% of the time on that the sheet will assume. 1.143 is used since 1.05(base assumption with 25% uptime) * 1.143 ~= 1.2(100% concurrent uptime). So, i.e. you'd write in 670*1.143 ~= 766 AP for loatheb's shadow's on-use effect instead. It's certainly not perfect, but it's somewhat more accurate and will increase the value of on-use trinkets relative to random procs by a fair amount, /shrug.

Ignore the 8.9422, the spreadsheet has to calculate it that way because expertise only comes in chunks, so it gets the DPS gain of reaching the next expertise threshold and divides it by the rating needed rather than just showing the DPS gain of a single point of expertise rating on its own, which would either be... 0 or 8.9422 in your case, depending on whether or not that single point of expertise rating put you over an expertise threshold. That result would be misleading, which is why you just read what the SEP box says instead.
